Connect your studio's own Discord and email. These are yours, not ours - your attendance and HR messages post to your Discord server. Leave a field blank to fall back to the platform default (email & AI are already provided for you). Secrets show as ******** once saved; leave a secret blank to keep it unchanged.

Discord

Webhook URLs from your own Discord server (Channel → Edit → Integrations → Webhooks). Each drives a different feed.

Attendance / HR bot (optional)

If you run your own VFXBoi attendance bot, point it here. Leave blank to use Discord webhooks only.

Email (optional - your own SMTP)

By default we send your studio's email for you. Fill this in only if you want mail to go through your own mail server instead.

AI (optional - your own key)

By default AI runs on our shared, metered pool included with your plan. Enter your own provider key to run AI on your account and bill instead - your usage then skips our monthly cap. Your plan still decides which AI features are available (a key does not unlock features above your tier). Leave blank to keep using the included pool.
