Notifications

Operations

Controls how artist names appear everywhere - Discord messages, review history, task lists, filenames. Change here and it updates across the whole app.

Controls all timestamps across the app. Pick your studio's IANA zone.

ISO 4217 code used on payslips and expense reports.

Hour at which the workday starts - used to classify late check-ins.

Expenses at or above this amount can't be approved without a receipt. 0 = no requirement.

Off (default): HR sets the salary number on Edit Employee; Finance only structures the breakdown. On: anyone with salary-edit (Finance L4 or HR L4) can set the actual amount on the Salary Structures page too - for studios where Finance owns payroll end-to-end.

Recruiting - candidate emails

When on, dragging a candidate to Screening / Interview / Offer / Rejected on the board sends them the matching email below. You can always override per-move on the candidate page. Merge fields: {first}, {role}, {studio}. Leave a box blank to use the built-in default.

Comma-separated stages for your recruiting board. New, Hired and Rejected are always present. Leave blank for the default (Screening, Interview, Offer). Max 8.

Comma-separated areas each interviewer rates 1-5 on a candidate (your "interview kit"). Leave blank for the default set. Max 10.

Work week, leave & comp-off

Sets the weekly off days. Drives payroll working days, leave counting, the team calendar and task scheduling - flip this and every calculation follows.

Used for the standard daily-rate reference (monthly ÷ this). Actual pay prorates on the real working days above.

Paid leave days credited each month (e.g. 1.0 = 12/year, 1.5 = 18/year).

Max unused leave that rolls to the next month within the same year.

Max leave that rolls into the next YEAR (December -> January). 0 = balance resets each year (use-it-or-lose-it).

Artists mark OT days on their timesheet; approved OT hours become comp-off leave (8 hours = 1 day). Uncheck if your studio does not do OT - it then disappears everywhere: the timesheet OT column, approvals, leave balances and the dashboard. Nothing is credited, nothing can be spent, and all OT balances read 0.

Off (default) records true hours, overtime included. On, a day's attendance never exceeds the shift target, so extra hours are not banked. This is an attendance and OT policy, so it lives here rather than with the Discord reminders.

A comp-off credit lapses this many months after it was earned. 0 = never expires. Comp-off is spent oldest-first, so credits are used before they lapse.

Statutory Deductions - Indian Payroll

Toggle each statutory deduction on/off for all employees. Per-employee overrides can be set in Salary Structures.

PF calculated on Basic capped at this amount.

Shown in CTC on payslip.

ESI not applicable if gross exceeds this.

Flat amount per month (use 0 for months where PT is nil).

TDS is entered manually per employee per month in Salary Structures. Enabling this shows the TDS line on payslips.

Bot loops

Enable or disable each Discord bot background loop. The bot polls this page every 5 minutes and updates its local bot_features.json. Changes take effect on the next poll cycle.

System

Trigger an immediate database backup to Cloudflare R2. Nightly backups run automatically at 3am IST (21:30 UTC).

To restore, download a backup and restore it with support. Restoring over a live database overwrites current data, so it is intentionally not a one-click action here.

Retroactively burn watermarks on dailies proxies that were uploaded before watermarking was enabled. Downloads each video from R2, runs FFmpeg, re-uploads under review-wm/. Runs in background.

Only processes rows with no watermarked proxy yet.
Naming Convention Presets

Presets appear as one-click chips in the Delivery Spec and DCC Smart Save dialog. Artists click a chip to fill the naming field - they can still type/edit after. Use {show} {seq} {shot} {dept} {artist} {task} {version} {version:04d} as tokens.
