End User License Agreement

By creating an account or using the VFXBoi App Suite and Pipeline software, you agree to this EULA.

Permitted use: You may use the software under a valid license key issued by VFXBoi, within machine limits, expiry, and SKU entitlements attached to that key.

Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, bypass, or disable license validation; use the software without a valid license; redistribute the software without written permission; or use it unlawfully.

Audit: For organizational licenses, VFXBoi may request reasonable compliance evidence upon notice.

Diagnostics and telemetry: The software reports operational telemetry (version, seat and machine counts, storage, health, last-seen) and runs automated diagnostics so we can license, bill, secure, and support the service and fix defects. Basic diagnostics are anonymized and exclude your production media and personal data; deeper diagnostics with limited identifiers are collected only with your opt-in. This is described in the Privacy Policy.

Security monitoring: Where you enable protected review or delivery links, the software logs access to that media (viewer, device, timestamps, counts) as a content-security feature we provide for you. Details and your controls are in the Privacy Policy.

Termination: This license ends when your key expires, is revoked, or you breach these terms. VFXBoi may suspend access for breach.

Disclaimer: The software is provided as-is without warranty. Liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Data loss: You are responsible for your own backups. VFXBoi is not liable for lost, corrupted, or deleted project data, caches, renders, or pipeline metadata.

Beta / Early Access: The service is currently offered as a BETA / early-access release under active development. During beta: (a) it is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or that any data (projects, media, records) will be retained, backed up, or recoverable, and data may be reset, migrated, or lost as part of testing; (b) you are responsible for keeping your own copies of any critical work and must not rely on the beta service as your only store of irreplaceable data; (c) features, limits, and pricing may change, be added, or be removed with notice where practical; (d) beta and founding-member pricing is promotional and temporary and will change at general availability, and any loyalty discount at general availability is offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed; (e) to the maximum extent permitted by law, VFXBoi is not liable for any loss (including data loss, downtime, or business loss) arising from beta instability; (f) we may contact you for feedback, which we may use to improve the service without obligation to you; and (g) either party may end participation in the beta at any time, and the standard terms apply at general availability.

Governing law: India (Maharashtra), unless your written enterprise agreement states otherwise.
