This template automatically sends a styled HTML email. Saving a body here overrides the built-in version - your text is auto-styled (KV tables, section headers, bullet lists, yellow links).

  • Employee Code - yellow monospace chip
  • Role + Manager detail table
  • 6-item first-week checklist with checkmarks, descriptions, and links
  • Discord / VPN / Handbook quick-link buttons (if configured in Studio Settings)
  • Sign In & Start Onboarding CTA button
