Planning - Task Ingest
⚙ Production (sequences & shots)Build tasks visually using the table below. Each row creates one task (one per assignee) in the App Suite, and pushes to Discord and Notion when configured. Shots and sequences must be created in Production before they can be used here.
CSV format reference & examples
Base format (11 columns):
date, plan_type, show, seq, sc, sh, department, assignee_codes, task_name, description, estimate_days
Optional columns (17+):
… client, status, priority, dependency_department, dependency_owner, dep_type [, asset_code [, stage_key]]
Column 11 (estimate_days): if > 0, due date = plan date + ceil(estimate_days) days.
Column 18 (asset): matches an Asset code on the project.
Column 19 (stage_key): short slug stored on the task (e.g. LAYOUT_EXPORT).
Assignees: use employee Code (e.g. ARJ), full name, or unique first name. Multiple: ARJ,KAN. Add users via the Employees menu, assets via Production → Assets.
Notion not syncing? Confirm your Notion integration is invited to the Updates database. If it still doesn't sync, contact your VFXBoi admin to check the Notion connection.
