Troubleshooting: Farm & Jobs

• Worker heartbeat stale? Check Workers page.
• Chunk failed? Open job detail → retry chunk.
• Path not found? Path map / NAS / Tailscale.

Overview

Stuck jobs, failed chunks, worker offline.

Steps

1. Note the exact error, URL, and time (studio timezone).
2. Check module gate / 403 - feature may be disabled for your role.
3. Retry after cache refresh; capture logs if it persists.
4. Escalate to pipeline with repro steps and screenshot.

• Your role may not see every link - module config and license entitlements apply.
