Bot token valid? Run connectivity tests.
User linked Discord in profile?
Channel ID correct in bot config?

Steps

Note the exact error, URL, and time (studio timezone).
Check module gate / 403 - feature may be disabled for your role.
Retry after cache refresh; capture logs if it persists.
Escalate to pipeline with repro steps and screenshot.

Your role may not see every link - module config and license entitlements apply.
